Colony Cove is a condominium development complex located in St. Croix, the largest of the U.S. Virgin Islands. Located beachfront, Colony Cove comprises four multi-unit buildings (A, B, C & D), each three floors, totaling 60 apartment units, with a large pool and lush grounds. Each unit is privately owned. Each unit has a kitchen, dining area, living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a gallery and an owners closet.
There are two different floor plans. One has the living room and one bedroom facing the gardens, while the other has the living room, dining area, and kitchen facing the gardens. Both styles have approximately the same area. Download the Condo Layouts
The Colony Cove Association is made up of the owners of the condos, and is governed by an elected Board of Directors. There are several employees of the Association that take care of operational, accounting, and maintenance functions of the complex.
